This very small batch artisan gin is made by two college friends, Tom Warner and Sion Edwards. It is made in Harrington, Northamptonshire in a converted barn. Lovingly distilled in a magnificent still all the way from Germany called curiosity. This gin is made with 10 botanicals and owes a lot of its texture and taste to the water which is sourced from a handpicked spring on the historic estate.
A sip of this delightful gin reminds me of snow boarding in the Alps. Fresh and crisp with those lovely pine tree notes. Of course this little gem has that nice warm malty feeling on the finish which one often wishes for on those long lift rides to the top.
